Returns

• We allow 30 calendar days from the date you receive a product to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
• If your return is outside of the 30 days or is in used conition, the return will be at our discression, on a case by case basis. 
• All returns must have a receipt or proof of purchase. 
• All returns will include a 10% restocking fee. 
• Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Inital shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Refunds

• Upon receipt of your item, it will undergo inspection and, if there are any issues with the item, we will contact you. 
• Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be received within the terms set forth by your credit/debit card company. 

• Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery. We offer standard shipping only at this time. In some cases, a third-party may be responsible for shipping your order. 
•  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. All times and dates given for deliver of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 
• We do not ship to international addresses.
